END TIME: Rapture’s A Ruse, Heaven And Hell Are Here On Earth, Says Controversial Pastor Who Serves Church Members Alcohol

Founder of “As The Lord Said, It Should Be Done Temple” Blessed Oguguamakwa Dikeh has emphatically told Christians to forget about the second coming of Jesus Christ known in the Bible as ‘rapture’, saying that it would never come to pass.
He also said that the New Testament is full of mistakes, adding that the original Bible of God is known as the ‘scull’.
The controversial cleric, who has a penchant for wearing red colored fabric and adorning his place of worship with the color in an Interview with Daily Independent asserted that, “There is nothing like rapture. If you tell me that rapture means when a person dies, his soul goes back to God and his flesh to the dust, then I will agree, but anything other than that, I don’t agree. Don’t let anybody deceive you”.
He also argued that contrary to the popular Christian belief that when ‘sinners’ die they will be cast in to hell – a placethat burns with fire and brimstone, Pastor Dikeh said there is no place as hell because in his view, it is represented here already on earth in peoples’ sufferings.
“There is nothing like hell fire after life”, he said adding that, “Heaven is here on earth already. When you are suffering, you are in hell fire. If you are in poverty and cannot pay your house rent then you are already in hell. But when you are in heaven, even if you reside in a flat, your landlord will come and beg you for money. He would even say don’t worry, I will give the other tenant quit notice for you”.
Speaking further, the preacher got even more controversial when he said he doesn’t pray with the name of Jesus but “in the name of God because my father, Adam, did not pray in Jesus’ name”.
He explained further: “Jesus is a servant like me. He has finished his assignment and has gone. I am a servant too. When I finish my work, I will go. Jesus has done a good job, but I have problem with people who are giving him the honour that is not due him. If you say Jesus is the saviour of the whole world, who then is God?”
On the rumor that alcohol is offered to people attending his church for the first time, the cleric, who claimed to have foretold the recent Associated Airline plane crash in Lagos, said I won’t say that I am not aware of that rumour, but it is not true. There is a story to it.
“A group of journalist came to interview me and I asked them what they would love to drink, I gave them what they ordered for including those who wanted beer”, he said.
According to him, one of the reporters was the brain behind the false story that alcohol is served in his church.
“It is unfortunate because I only offered them what they asked for. Is it a crime to entertain your guests? That is how the story came to be”, Pastor Dikeh explained.

Valentine or Violent-Time (Part 3)

Over the years, some religious folks have defined and classified February 14 as the devil's day. They argue that the Valentine was not a Saint, and even if he was, it was not proper to keep a day to remember him. By God's grace, I have subjected myself to regular study of the scriptures and godly books in several libraries especially the e-libraries. My philosophy has been guided by the knowledge acquired from comparative and HOLYGHOST inspired study. If God is not against Christmas, and Easter, then why should He be against Valentine's Day? Many of us have known so much that we have created our own "Newer Testament" after the new testament of the Holy Bible. Is God against celebrations? Definitely, No! Jesus visited a wedding in Cana, he was at most Jewish feasts, and He organized a feast by feeding, on one occasion, 5,000 men. Our God loves feasting. He loves to see us celebrate. But all feastings must be done in Holiness in order to be approved ...

OPEN HEAVENS DEVOTIONAL-BELATED OFFERING - 08/03/2013

Yesterday’s message was titled “ ARE YOU A FALSE WITNESS  ”. Today’s message is titled  “BELATED OFFERING?”  as provided by Pastor E. A. Adeboye in Open Heavens Devotional (Adeboye, 2014). In today’s message, we have been asked to memorise  Genesis 27:20: "And Isaac said unto his son, How is it that thou hast found it so quickly, my son? And he said, Because the LORD thy God brought it to me. " . Today's reading is from  Mark 16:1-6  and the Bible in one year reading for today has been taken from  Jeremiah 36:1:- Jeremiah 38:6 and Psalm 55:16-23 Quoted below is the message for today. God bless you richly for your contribution When Isaac asked Esau his son to go and prepare a delicious meal of venison for him to eat so that he (Isaac) may bless him, Isaac's wife Rebekah heard it and took advantage of the distance between their tents and the field where Esau the hunter would get the bush meat. She also took advantage of the short distanc...

OPEN HEAVENS DEVOTIONAL - CARE FOR THE BRETHREN-30/04/2014

" CARE FOR THE BRETHREN " In today’s message, we have been asked to memorise   Philippians 4:19 : " But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus ” Today's reading was taken from  Romans 15:25-27  and the Bible reading in one year is   Revelation 8 to Revelation 11 and Psalm 93 (Adeboye, 2014). Quoted below is today's message for your input "Apostle Paul in the Bible reading for today, teaches us one missing ingredient of true discipleship in today’s contemporary Church; which is the ministry of care. Despite the great anointing with which Apostle Paul was ministering to both Jews and Gentiles, it is amazing to read that the ministry of care was not absent from his vocation as a preacher of the gospel. It is also interesting to note that the lives of the early apostles of Jesus Christ were not only in alignment with the teachings of Jesus Christ but were also in alignment with their own teachi...
